In light of the current COVID-19 outbreak we’re introducing a new way to keep our remodeling projects on schedule by offering virtual consultation and design meetings to homeowners.
We’ve been toying around with the idea for some time to make our initial budget and design consultations more convenient for busy homeowners. Now seems like the perfect time to try it out! The power of technology allows us to meet with clients and keep everyone safe in the process. Our goal is to stay on track with these projects and be ready to build once the outbreak lifts.
Here’s How it Works
- Using Face Time, Zoom or other free video chat services on your phone or tablet we can walk through your project together, answer your questions and get a few simple measurements.
- A day or two later we’ll schedule another virtual meeting. This time we’ll share our screen with you. Together we’ll go through the design agreement, your budget range options, and confirm the initial scope of work.
- From there we can get started on your design meetings virtually as well! With online shopping, 3-D renderings and shared videos we can bring our trade partners and design team together. Our clients get access to Builder Trend, our cloud based project management software. This is where project documents live, design selections are made and photos and renderings are shared.
