Assistant Carpenters:
A qualified Assistant Carpenter should have long term goals in residential remodeling. Some construction experience is preferred. Interest in carpentry and career development is a must. Has to be organized, detail oriented, able to problem solve, and take instruction. Most importantly, you must be customer service oriented and a great team member. - At minimum, you must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license.
- Provide at least 3 references.

Lead Carpenters:

- Organization Skills
- Detail Oriented with High Production Standards.
- Can Manage a Budget & Schedule.
- Enjoys a Team Atmosphere and works easily with people of diverse backgrounds.
- Most Important: Must be Committed to Customer Satisfaction.
Must Bring to the Table:
- Your own vehicle and basic carpentry tools.
- 5-10 Years in the remodeling trades with at least 3 years of job management experience.
- Able to provide at least 3 references.
- Ability to maintain a positive and collaborative attitude, even in stressful situations
